Achieva
Achieva is a multifaceted nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people with disabilities lead meaningful, purposeful lives. In addition to early intervention, employment supporting, housing information, other advocacy and outreach services, Achieva also provides good and services to PA residents with a demonstrated need through their Charitable Residual Program and the Cecil and David Rosenthal Memorial Fund.
Your hippotherapy and adaptive riding lessons may be covered under these grants. Learn more or apply using Achieva's Grant Application Portal. We are grateful for Achieva and the good work that they do, including allowing our clients to live life to the fullest through equine assisted therapies and activities.
Inclusive Connections
Inclusive Connections aims to connect autistic individuals and caretakers with supported and trusted resources throughout the community. Inclusive Connections was formed by the passion of two educators who saw a need for the autistic community to connect with each other. Inclusive Connections hosts a variety of sensory friendly events in Westmoreland County, year round. We are happy to have partnered with them several times for events at our farm, and look forward to continue working together in the future.
Caring Communication Services, LLC
Caring Communication Services is a private pediatric speech therapy practice specializing in children ages 0-6, located in Greensburg, PA. The mission at Caring Communication Services is to help children find their best way to communicate through intelligible and coherent speech, sign language, or a communication device.
Gene Cook Supports, LLC
Gene Cook Supports is a locally owned and operated provider of home and community-based services in Southwestern Pennsylvania. They provide the services and support to individuals required to help clients make real-life choices regarding work, choosing social activities, and living life to the fullest at home and in the community. We are proud to have partnered with this group in the past and look forward to future events as well.
